A customer’s property (to include documents, digital devices and luggage) is provided with special safety stickers and labels which contain unique serial numbers, thereby identifying the owner. The customers can then choose between two service packages, namely one aimed at business people and the other at family members.
In the event that an item becomes lost and is subsequently found, the mySafety company undertakes to deliver it to its owner, free of charge, in the shortest time possible and pay a reward to the person who found it. The found property will be delivered to its owner at the indicated address, even if it has to be shipped from another part of the world. Because of the prompt detection and return of the lost property, inconvenience for travellers will be kept to a minimum.
This set of services also includes blocking the SIM card of a lost mobile phone, whilst the family service package features a service to ensure children’s safety, by providing special hypoallergenic safety bracelets that make it possible to find a lost child.
