  • Course 1 – Ground Operations Safety Compliance
    Who should attend?
    • Aviation professionals
    • Aviation organisations (airlines, airport authorities, ground service providers, GSAs with oversight for ground operations, aviation security firms)
    • Insurance firms, brokers & underwriters providing aviation insurance services
    This course will provide practical insights into how to apply observation techniques to maintain operational integrity through quality assurance and safety risk management.

  • Course 2 – Risk Management: Safety Risk Assessment & Root Cause Analysis
    Who should attend?
    • Aviation professionals
    • Aviation organisations (airlines, airport authorities, ground service providers, GSAs with oversight in ground operations, aviation security firms, GSE manufacturers)
    • Insurance firms, brokers & underwriters providing aviation insurance services
    Ground damage to aircraft represents a US$12bn cost to the aviation industry every year, much of which is caused by GSE and human factors. This course provides participants with practical insights to ensure that GSE & ground operations are risk assessed on an ongoing basis to maintain an acceptable level of safety performance. Furthermore, it provides for practical insights into the identification of root causes in both quality and safety-related problems.

  • Course 3 – Ground Operations Training Instructor Qualifications
    Who should attend?
    • ISAGO ground handlers
    • IOSA airlines
    • Ground instructors and trainers
    • Supervisors/managers who perform training functions
    Ensure your trainers and instructors meet the requirements of ISAGO and IOSA. Ground handling instructors and trainers must be able to demonstrate that they are qualified, competent and certified where necessary in order to conduct training. Instructional certification is required under ISAGO ORM 5.9.1, 5.8.1, 9.1.2.

  • Course 4 – ISAGO Practical Preparation & Implementation
    All ground service providers or airlines preparing for an initial or recurrent ISAGO audit

    The IATA SAFETY AUDIT FOR GROUND OPERATIONS (ISAGO) is the industry standard in auditing to demonstrate to the industry that your operation is safe, efficient and well managed. This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to prepare for your ISAGO audit. This course will allow you to review the ISAGO audit checklist and develop a strategy tailored for your operation to conform to the standard requirements.

    This course is delivered by an ISAGO Lead Auditor / Evaluator who has conducted over 50 ISAGO audits since the programme was introduced. The instructor is also an author of ISAGO standards providing you with an advantage in terms of what is required for a successful audit.
